Key Workouts heading into Kona

I was thinking about some of the key workouts I have done over the past few months. The days that really stick out in my mind are the following:
1. 6.5 hr bike with 15k feet of climbing - 125 miles
2. 25.5 mile run in 3 hours
3. 6hr bike with 14k feet of climbing - 120 miles
4. 29 miles of running split between a 2.5hr morning run and 1hr afternoon run
5. 6hr bike (120 miles) with one hour run off bike @ IM pace

There have been many other key workouts, but these five really stick out.
